Myrtle Beach Trip Coming in April – Can’t Wait!

This has been one of the worst winters I can remember for golfers around much of the country. The cold weather is manageable but the the unending snowfall is what keeps the die hard golfers from playing the sport they enjoy, including myself. The golf course noted in the photo is True Blue Golf Course, a Mike Strantz design located on the south strand. This is one of my top five rated golf courses in Myrtle Beach and it wil be one of our stops during our trip in a few weeks.
My seven friends and I plan this golf trip every year to Myrtle Beach and I’m really looking forward to it more so than past years. Maybe it’s because I haven’t played golf for almost four months due to the harsh and snowy winter we’ve had to endure this season in the northeast. We are leaving on the 6th of April and staying until the 10th which will allow us four days of golf. This is also the week of The Masters tournament, perhaps the most prestigious of the majors. I’m looking forward to some warmer weather and hitting golf balls again. It been too long since my last golf round in mid – November, which is the one of the longest stretches for me without golf in the past 20 years. I would like to wish all of us die hard golfers an early spring. Happy Golfing to All!
